Sharon is an experienced integrative counsellor who offers a calm, safe and confidential space for clients to explore their mental and emotional wellbeing. She aims to create a holistic, supportive and collaborative relationship, where you can feel heard and understood without judgement.
Therapeutic Approach
Sharon recognises that life can sometimes feel overwhelming and it can be difficult to see a way forward. Many people find themselves stuck in repeating patterns that no longer serve them. Sharon helps clients explore these difficulties, identify unhelpful cycles and develop healthier ways of coping.
As an integrative counsellor, Sharon draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring her work to each client’s needs. This flexible method allows her to support individuals in overcoming challenges and moving towards their personal goals, while unlocking their full potential.
Sharon works with couples who want to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, rebuild trust or navigate challenging periods such as conflict, distance, life transitions or possible separation. Sharon’s approach is relational, respectful and balanced. She provides a safe space where both partners feel heard and understood, helping explore patterns within their relationship and develop healthier ways of connecting.
