Simply choose the practitioner best suited to your needs. If, at any point, you feel another therapist might be a better fit, you are welcome to switch to a different practitioner seamlessly.

Prices at The Practice vary depending on the therapist you choose and the type of therapy you require. The average one to one session will last 50 minutes, couples sessions last 50-90 minutes. You can expect to pay £50 - £150 for counselling, psychotherapy and psychological support. Full psychological and psychiatric assessments will range in price from £300-£600 depending on the type and complexity of the assessment.
