Ruth is a BACP-accredited integrative counsellor based in Weybridge, Surrey, working with children, teenagers and adults. She offers a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their feelings, navigate life’s challenges and develop greater self-understanding at a pace that feels right for them. Ruth works with both neurotypical and neurodiverse clients and values creating an inclusive, supportive environment for everyone.
Drawing on her training in Integrative Counselling, Play Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), a trauma-based therapy. Ruth takes a flexible and compassionate approach, tailoring her work to meet the individual needs of each client. She supports people experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, bereavement and relationship challenges.
Alongside counselling, Ruth also offers supportive parent sessions, providing a warm, non-judgemental space to explore parenting challenges and learn positive behaviour management strategies that help strengthen connection and understanding within families.
Fees
Ruth charges £90 per 50-minute session.
Counselling in Weybridge & Online
Ruth offers counselling from her private practice in Weybridge, Surrey, and also provides online therapy for clients who prefer remote support.
