Rebecca is a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering in-person, online and telephone sessions for adults, adolescents and children in Weybridge. She has a particular focus on supporting teenagers, children and young people, alongside the family systems around them.
She understands that beginning therapy can feel like a significant and, at times, uncertain step. Rebecca offers a calm, discreet and thoughtfully held space where clients can feel genuinely heard, respected and supported in exploring what has brought them to therapy.
Approach to Therapy
Rebecca works from an integrative perspective, drawing on relational, humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural (CBT) approaches, thoughtfully adapting her work to suit each individual.
Her approach is collaborative and attuned, offering a space where clients can explore their internal world with clarity and depth, at their own pace. Through this process, clients can develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience and a more secure sense of self.
Rebecca has a particular interest in working with teenagers, children and young people, as well as the family systems surrounding them. She understands the complexities of identity development, transition and relational dynamics, and brings both sensitivity and structure to this work.
When working with children, Rebecca incorporates creative approaches where appropriate, helping younger clients to express themselves in ways that feel natural, safeand accessible.
She also supports individuals exploring neurodevelopmental differences, offering a thoughtful and reflective space for understanding and self-awareness.
