Psychotherapist, Counsellor
MA Counselling in Educational Settings, Member BACP
From £90.00 (50 minute session)
Pam’s training was predominantly in psychodynamic psychotherapy, but she favours a flexible, integrated approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. Alongside psychodynamic exploration, she may incorporate behaviour modelling, mindfulness, positive coping strategies, journal writing, art therapy and play therapy (particularly with younger clients). Her aim is to help clients not only address underlying issues but also develop practical tools and strategies to support their emotional well-being.
At the heart of Pam’s approach is the creation of a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their current challenges as well as the emotional patterns shaped by their past. By making sense of these experiences, clients can build a clearer picture of their emotional life and discover healthier, more empowering ways of coping.
