Michelle is an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist/counsellor and a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). Michelle works with both individuals and couples.
Perhaps you are feeling stuck in your life and unable to move forward from a crippling depression. Or you may be suffering from anxiety or loneliness or post-traumatic stress or are experiencing relationship difficulties. Michelle has a warm approach and can help you to explore both your present and your past in a supportive environment. Michelle will help you to work through complicated feelings and gain a better understanding of yourself.
Michelle understands that approaching a therapist for the first time can feel like a daunting experience. Michelle provides a safe, non-judgemental, confidential environment where you can explore whatever you need to bring.
Alongside her private practice, Michelle works for a counselling service charity and has experience of working with a range of complex issues. These include, but are not limited to; anxiety, depression, abuse, stress, childhood trauma, addiction, anger, lack of self-worth, work difficulties, pregnancy and miscarriage, bereavement, family issues, relationship problems, eating problems and suicidal thoughts.
Michelle can work short-term or on an open-ended basis and offers a free 15-minute telephone or zoom chat to answer any questions you may have.
£65 per session for individuals, £85 for couples, face-to-face or online. All sessions last 50 mins.
