BA(Hons) Integrative Relational Counselling, MBACP
From £65.00 (50 minute session)
Larissa is a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with a degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling. She is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adheres to their professional and ethical standards.
Alongside her private practice, Larissa provides counselling within a local bereavement service and the NHS. While she works with a wide range of issues such as low mood, anxiety, depression and self-esteem, she has a special interest in bereavement and loss.
Grief can feel overwhelming and isolating, and it is often difficult to talk openly about loss. Larissa offers a safe, supportive and compassionate counselling space where you can process these emotions and begin to make sense of your experience. Her approach helps clients transform grief into something more manageable, while honouring the depth of their loss.
She also enjoys working with individuals who have relocated to the UK and may be experiencing loneliness, homesickness or difficulties adjusting to a new culture. Larissa has a particular interest in supporting older adults and in helping clients cultivate greater self-compassion and self-acceptance.
Approach & Style
Larissa understands that reaching out for counselling can feel daunting. Her warm, non-judgemental, and compassionate approach helps clients feel safe to open up, develop trust and begin to face their difficulties at their own pace.

"When I started seeing Larissa following a bereavement, I was all over the place. The counselling slowly helped me slow down, process some of my grief and start focusing on me. I know this is not the end of my grief but I feel much more at peace now and I know she is only an email away if I need more support."
