Jess (she/her) is a qualified, BACP-registered Integrative Relational Counsellor offering therapy services both in East Molesey and online. With a deep understanding of human emotions and personal struggles, Jess works with adults from all walks of life, providing a calm, empathetic and non-judgmental space to explore challenges, life transitions and long-standing patterns.

Therapy with Jess offers a place for you to slow down, process your emotions and make sense of your experiences at your own pace. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, uncertain or stuck. You might feel disconnected from others, burdened by experiences that are hard to put into words or unsure of what you need help with. Jess provides a supportive environment where you can start to untangle those feelings and move forward with more clarity.

Counselling Approach

Jess uses an integrative relational framework that combines psychodynamic, relational and person-centred approaches. At the heart of her work is the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is central to creating meaningful change. Through therapy, Jess helps clients understand how they relate to others and to themselves, providing insight into long-standing patterns and emotional struggles.

Her approach is:

  • Relational and collaborative: Working with you as an active partner in your healing process.
  • Trauma-informed: Acknowledging the impact of past experiences on current emotional well-being.
  • Grounded in empathy and curiosity: Providing a safe, non-judgmental space for self-exploration.
  • Adapted to your individual needs: Tailored to suit your unique experiences and challenges.

Jess’s sessions are designed to help you build emotional awareness, recognize patterns in your behaviour and explore gentle, effective ways to move forward with self-compassion and confidence. Where relevant, Jess may also explore early life and childhood experiences to understand how these might be affecting your present-day thoughts, feelings and relationships.
