Grace Hawkins

Grace is a trainee Psychotherapist and Counsellor in Weybridge, Surrey, working with adult individuals. She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and is a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Drawing on her integrative training, Grace adapts her therapeutic approach to meet each client’s needs, using elements from person-centred, existential and psychodynamic therapies. She provides a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their concerns, working collaboratively to improve emotional well-being, resilience and self-understanding.

Grace has previous experience as a Support Worker with young people in residential care and with adults experiencing mental health difficulties, giving her a compassionate understanding of the challenges people face at different stages of life.
