From £70.00 (50 minute session)
Grace is a warm, inclusive, and compassionate therapist. She views therapy not as a process of “fixing” someone, but as a collaborative relationship where experiences can be explored openly and without judgement.
She believes meaningful change is most likely to happen when therapy is grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship. This sits at the heart of her approach and is something she builds together with each client over time.
Her training was integrative, meaning she draws on a range of therapeutic perspectives to respond to each client’s needs. Her approach to sessions is shaped by what clients hope to gain from therapy, rather than by a prescribed agenda.
Grace welcomes adult (18+) clients from all backgrounds and identities.
How therapy can help
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or sense that something isn’t quite right. Sometimes there’s an internal tug-of-war, where parts of you want different things, leaving decisions feeling confusing or exhausting.
In therapy, Grace offers space to slow things down and begin to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Together with her clients, she works to identify patterns that may be holding them back and to untangle inner conflicts that feel difficult to navigate alone.
You may come to therapy feeling uncertain about who you are or how you want to live your life. This can be a reflective space to reconnect with your values and strengthen your sense of self.
Therapy with Grace isn’t just about reflection and exploration. It can also be a practical, supportive environment where you can try different tools or ways of working to help make meaningful changes in your life.
Her areas of work include:
- Anxiety and depression
- Self-doubt and low self-esteem
- Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
- Life transitions and identity questions
- Stress and burnout
- Bereavement and loss
- Neurodivergence
- LGBTQ+ issues and gender identity support
- Boarding school reflections
