Grace is a warm, inclusive and compassionate therapist. She views therapy not as a process of “fixing” someone, but as a collaborative relationship where experiences can be explored openly and without judgement.
She believes meaningful change is most likely to happen when therapy is grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship. This sits at the heart of her approach and is something she builds together with each client over time.
Grace works with individual clients (16+) from a diverse range of backgrounds.
Specialist Interests
Grace has a strong commitment to working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. Grace provides thoughtful, informed support tailored to wherever you are in your journey.
She has a specialist interest in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients. She is committed to creating a safe, welcoming and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, relationships and identities with openness and without judgement.
How therapy can help
Working integratively, Grace offers space to take a step back and begin to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. You may come to therapy feeling uncertain about who you are or how you want to live your life. This can be a reflective space to reconnect with your values and strengthen your sense of self.
Therapy with Grace isn’t just about reflection and exploration. It can also be a practical, supportive environment where you can try different tools or ways of working to help make meaningful changes in your life.
Her areas of work include:
- Anxiety and depression
