The Practice 12 week Addiction Programme is designed to designed for adults in Surrey who feel their alcohol or drug use has become difficult to manage and are ready to explore change in a structured, supportive group environment. However you may not be sure that this programme is for you.  We are here to help. Book an appointment with either Ali or Oswin and together you can decide if our programme can help  you.

All conversations are kept strictly confidential.

How It Works

Simply book a session on the calendar below.
Ali or Oswin will contact you to discuss your individual therapeutic needs and requirements during the fifty (50) minute appointment. 

During your conversation they may ask you questions such as:

What’s going on that might lead you to seek out this progamme?
Do you feel your drug or alcohol use is out of control or taking over?
Are you looking for a supportive environment in which to understand your drug or alcohol use?

Once you have all your questions answered then Ali or Oswin will help steer you in the right direction.
