Sports Massage and 1-2-1 Pilates is available on a Wednesday afternoon (other days may be possible by arrangement but depend on room availability).

Sports/Remedial Massage - £30 per hour / £20 per half hour
Pilates 1-2-1 - £30 per hour

Lanehead

Group Pilates classes (maximum class size 12) are run on a Wednesday evening:
Beginners 6.30pm
Intermediate 7.45pm

Block of 6 sessions - £36
